From a young age, I was the kid always asking why – curious about how things worked and driven to understand the world around me. That curiosity found purpose through Scouting, where I first earned a personal finance merit badge. I still remember sitting with my dad trying to decode the stock market and realizing how overwhelming money could feel without guidance.Fortunately, I had a great teacher, my mom. As a lifelong educator, she had a gift for turning complexity into clarity. I’ve carried her example into my own calling: helping individuals and families feel confident and empowered about their financial future. After earning a finance degree from Mercer University and interning at advisory firms during the summers, I spent a few years in sales leadership before becoming a financial advisor in 2009. From day one, I’ve been committed to demystifying money and delivering straightforward, personalized advice. Whether I’m guiding a small business owner through succession planning or helping a family save for college and retirement, my goal is always the same – to educate, serve and walk alongside people as they pursue their dreams.Today, I live in Newnan, Georgia, with my wife, Wendy, and our two amazing kids, Harper and Luke. Around town, you’ll find me volunteering with the Meriwether County Rotary Club, the Greenville Masonic Lodge, Foundation Church and serving on the boards of the West Georgia Technical College Foundation and More Music Foundation. At home, I’ve already started teaching Harper and Luke about money. Because whether at the kitchen table or across the advisor’s desk, I believe financial literacy isn’t just a skill. It’s a legacy.
